I have a sourdough starter and I’m always looking for new recipes to use for my discard. This is one of my favorites. The scones are light and fluffy. Perfect for a cold morning up in Tahoe!
Whole Wheat Dinner Rolls
When I was in high school, I worked at a local bakery. Every year during the holidays, customers would like up around the block to buy fresh dinner rolls for their dinner table. There’s no need to wait in line for these fluffy little rolls! They are easy to make from the comfort of your own home.

Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding
This is my favorite healthy dessert. Despite their small size, chia seeds are full of important nutrients. They are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, rich in antioxidants, and they provide fiber, iron, and calcium.
