Aging Gracefully with Yoga

This 4-week Aging Gracefully with Yoga workshop combines ancient wisdom and modern, evidence-based science for you to create a treasure chest of yoga tools that will allow you to age gracefully.
Each week we will focus on asana, breathwork, meditation, mindset shifts, and lifestyle practices.
This Aging Gracefully with Yoga workshop will empower you to:
- Create rituals of pleasure and self-care
- Improve range of motion in your joints
- Keep your body strong and limber for injury prevention, maintenance or healing
- Manage your stress
- Manage your energy (prana)
- Balance your mind which will help regulate your hormones • Improve emotional wellbeing
- Learn Meditation & Mindfulness to calm the mind, create resilience
- Practice Breath Work for mind/body harmonization
The beauty of allowing yoga to help us to age gracefully is that everything we do permeates out into the rest of our lives. If we are able to show up to our practice of self-love and self-care through our yoga practice and be with ourselves in a way that is non-judgmental, loving and compassionate, we deepen our capacity to show up to the rest of life with these same graceful qualities.
This workshop is for all levels. There will be a lecture, practice and time to integrate and reflect each evening. Join us for a six-week series where together we will learn to create a Yoga Treasure Chest of tools that will allow you to Age Gracefully.
