WOW. What a year.

I honestly don't know what I was expecting out of 2016. 2014 and 2015 had brought major changes to my life. For two years, it seemed like everything was falling apart and I had no grasp on what was coming. I'd lost connection to my yoga practice. My personal life had been turned inside out.
