LOVING my morning Matcha Green Tea Smoothie ⁠⁠

Ingredients:⁠⁠

  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk⁠

  • 1 frozen banana⁠

  • 1 handful of ice⁠

  • Half an avocado⁠

  • 1 teaspoon monk fruit sugar (you can use more or less, depending on your preference)⁠

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Matcha powder

Blend and serve with a dusting of hemp seeds!⁠⁠
