MODULES
Week 1: Goals + Vision + Revenue
Every successful business is built on a strong foundation. In this Module, you’ll clarify your business vision and goals, outline your revenue streams, identify your ideal customers and craft a unique strategy to connect with them and set yourself apart from the competition.
We’ll also review your brand elements and help you articulate your brand story in a way that resonates with the audience you serve. By the end of this Module, you’ll have a solid vision for your 2020 business success.
Week 2: Annual Planning
Every successful business has their year mapped out before it begins. In this Module, we’ll calendar all of your programs, services, sales, promotions, vacations, workshops, launches, book releases, etc., for all of your revenue streams. We’ll use this calendar of events to create your marketing strategy and content maps for the year.
Week 3: Content Planning + Creation: Blogs + Newsletters
Content marketing is a must in today’s world. Plus, it’s a proven strategy to generate ongoing traffic, build trust and increase sales. However, there’s no one-size-fits-all approach for every business. In this Module, you’ll develop on-brand content topics for your blog and newsletter and learn how to easily and consistently create SEO-rich blogs that grow your audience and client list. You’ll generate 12 months worth of content ideas in one sitting and discover how to create high quality content on any budget.
By the end of this series, you’ll have three months worth of blog outlines for 2020.
Week 4: Content Planning + Creation: Social Media Marketing
Building on the content topics from the previous module and the annual plan we created in Module 2, we’ll map out your social media campaigns for the entire year. We’ll find the right balance of content and promotion and identify your key audience. You’ll learn some key social media strategies that will dramatically increase your audience and convert followers to customers.
By the end of this series, you will have a social media marketing calendar completed for the first quarter of 2020.
Week 5: Website Audit + Opt-Ins/Freebies
Websites aren’t optional in modern business. What’s more, your website shouldn’t just be pretty, it must be functional! It is your best, unpaid salesperson — working 24/7 to build trust, grow your audience and elegantly convert them to clients. Jennifer will personally assess your website and put together recommendations for optimization.
In this Module, you’ll also outline the four opt-in/freebies you’ll feature throughout the year to attract new clients. By the end of this series, you will have created your first opt-in/freebie for January 2020.
Week 6: Keys to Marketing Success – Cultivating Creativity, Consistency, and Growth
Marketing and sales are the keys to building a successful business. Sadly, many in the health and wellness field have a negative association with those skills and get overwhelmed by all the “noise” of online tricks, tactics and constantly changing platforms. In this Module, you’ll master timeless principles and strategies of modern marketing: How to influence and inspire with integrity and transparency. Once you understand the real psychology of sales, it doesn’t matter how technology or platforms change — you’ll thrive.
This is not an online video course. You will work one-on-one with experienced business leader, Jennifer Skondin. You’ll have weekly calls, assignments, guidance, and feedback, plus unlimited email support during the program.

Jennifer Skondin has 17+ years of experience specializing in marketing, communications, and PR. In 2008, she re-discovered yoga and turned her attention and energy to teaching yoga and helping yoga studios and teachers find success through marketing and outreach.
She has worked with dozens yoga teachers and studios spanning the globe. She has served on the board of directors for a yoga non-profit, worked as marketing director for several multi-location yoga centers, worked one-on-one coaching various yoga studio owners and teachers, has produced yoga festivals, and much more. She is also a certified MindBody Online Software Consultant.
She also works with authors, nutritionists, personal trainers, Pilates teachers, fitness centers, wellness companies, health food companies, urban farms, and salons and day spas.
She has clients all over the US, in Mexico, El Salvador, Canada, Bali, and Australia. She has a team of designers and assistants based all over the world who help her and her clients meet their business and marketing goals.
